There are 3 different packages for the festival to suit every budget. The price difference between GOLD PACKAGE, SILVER PACKAGE and BRONZE PACKET is due to the difference in the hotel stay.

• GOLD PACKAGE        : It is a festival program for 5 nights. (April 27 – May 2, 2021)
• SILVER PACKAGE      : It is a 4-night festival program. (April 28 – May 2, 2021)
• BRONZE PACKAGE   : It is a 3-night festival program. (April 29 – May 2, 2021)

All workshops are held in the hotel’s meeting rooms,

The dance show is in the hotel’s showroom,

Competitions will take place at the Bodrum Municipality Heredot Culture Center (Konacik).

Because the hotel operates in an all-inclusive system, guests who do not stay at the hotel are required to pay a daily entrance fee to the hotel.

Guests who pay a daily entry fee can take advantage of all the free facilities in the all-inclusive system except for accommodation. For example, breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, all drinks during the day, pool use, hamam, sauna etc. For detailed information: PACKAGES page

In order to participate in festival events, it is obligatory to make room reservations through the festival committee. Otherwise participants cannot take part in festival events.

Everything is included in the hotel system. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, drinks throughout the day, use of hammam, sauna and swimming pools are free to use. However, there are also a lot of applications in the hotel that are subject to extra charge. Please read the information sheets carefully as we will distribute it to you upon arrival at the hotel to avoid any unexpected surprise when leaving the hotel.

All workshops, demonstrations and competitions to be held at the hotel will take place on 29-30 April and 1 May. Guests arriving at the hotel by daily check-in are required to stay at the hotel for three days on 29-30 April and 1 May and pay the entrance fee for these three days. Since the group competitions to be held on Sunday, May 2 are held in a different place, there is no need to get daily entry to the hotel on the last day.

Guests staying in the hotel and participating in the group competitions to be held on Sunday, May 2, are required to deliver the room keys to the reception when leaving the hotel. For those rooms not delivered until noon, one more day accommodation fee will be charged by the hotel management. The distance between the hotel and the cultural center where the competitor will be held is approximately 5 km.
